My name is Björn Ulaga and I live with my family in Leopoldshafen, north of Karlsruhe. My sales career began in 1996 and developed relatively quickly after I completed my training in wholesale and export sales and subsequent degree in business administration (BA).

20+ years’ experience in sales

Exciting tasks and various roles in the toy sector and the organic food industry followed, each with a focus on both sales and marketing.

Over what is now more than twenty years of professional experience with young growth companies as well as global manufacturers, I have got to know all the facets of sales, from classic cold calling to the negotiation of strategic cooperation agreements.

Solid knowledge

I am also familiar with the basic challenges facing companies and their sales departments, thanks to the last five years spent at the American toy manufacturer Melissa & Doug, but also with the specific hurdles in market development and the entry of foreign and English-speaking companies into the German-speaking markets.

And that is also why I founded my own “Sales Agency and Consultancy” in September 2022.

My goal is to connect people and companies and to contribute to sustainable growth. Hence my motto “connect and grow”.

So far, the focus of my work has always been on working with people, developing trust-based partnerships and achieving goals together.

But also on providing solution-oriented advice to deal with challenges.
